We decided to take the starting steps needed to deliver an excellent ad service. We first looked at how others operate; we concluded that they provide a less-than-ideal client experience.

Many ad services charge for:

- Host the campaign on their ad account so that if you want to leave, all the data is removed

To get started, you'll get an onboarding form where it's very important to provide us with your customer ID number. You'll then get a request to accept our invite to connect.

When done, our researchers will create a brief for our campaign optimizers; they will have the campaign live and ready for your review within 4 to 5 working days. We'll also set up all tracking scripts during this period.

We will then set up a dashboard to monitor your progress and update you once a week on the campaign. We also set up monthly reporting.

Timelines

Our general timeline for delivering a measurable and consistent ROI from our ad service is around two months. But this depends on your ad history, business industry, and target customers. Sometimes, we can achieve this much earlier.

It's normal to see fluctuations in your cost per click, clickthrough rate, and conversion rate in the first few weeks while our maintenance team optimizes the campaign to perfection. We'll monitor everything daily.

To summarize:

• 3 to 4 weeks of regular maintenance and optimization
